The enchanting and romantic ambience of the Manor of Hirvihaara and its unique function spaces guarantee a perfect day for all those attending. The services of the skilful and professional staff conjure a memorable wedding celebration for the bride and groom and for the guests.

A wedding celebration at the manor always includes the premises selected, a certain number of individualized rooms for accommodation, kitchen services of Rotissêur standard and the drinks recommended by our impassioned sommelier. The whole ensemble is complemented by numerous high-quality wedding services in accordance with your choice.

Relatives and friends can arrive in the manor already on the day before the celebration to enjoy the unhurried and reposeful manor ambience, balmy steam of a genuine smoke sauna and Day Spa's pampering treatments.

FUNCTION premises

GLASS PAVILION

Celebrations in the Glass Pavilion are held in the sparkle of crystals and close to nature.
The tables in the Pavilion are rectangular, but it is also possible to rent round tables for an event.

Examples:
Dining at a buffet table for approx. 130 guests and dancing.
In festive activities where food is served at the table, there is seating for about 150 guests.
Alternatively, in festive activities where food is served at the table, there is seating for about 130 guests and dancing.

The rent for function spaces includes

·         the manor's own staff

MAIN BUILDING

In the main building of the manor there are three function rooms of different sizes:
State room for 64 guests
Salon with a fireplace for 40 guests
Host salon for 24 guests
The state room and the salon with a fireplace can be combined into a unitary function room. The shape of the salons is that of the letter L.
The host salon is separate from the other salons.

It is possible to organise child care in the premises of the main building.
The manor has 29 double rooms to accommodate 58 guests.

ROSE BUILDING

There are 10 double rooms in the Rose building. In these rooms, accommodation is available for extra beds. The Rose building can be booked in its entirety or by rooms.

At the wedding celebration
On the next morning, a wedding breakfast at a buffet table will be provided for all the guests.

The whole manor area is defined as an area for consumption of alcohol sold there; therefore, consumption of one's own alcoholic drinks is forbidden. All drinks are to be ordered via the manor. We take note of any food allergies and special diets we have been notified of beforehand.
